FAQ
Typically an application form, design drawings, material specifications, construction records and photos, plus basic site information. See the GD V3.1 standard and application templates for details.
Usually 8–12 weeks from submission to certificate, depending on site size, test items and any supplementary documents. Contact GGCb for expedited options.
TAF-accredited testing is usually done after completion and before opening, with sampling and short on-site measurements, so it normally does not affect operations.
A GD certificate is valid for 3 years with an annual follow-up visit; renewal can be requested within 6 months before expiry.
Submit annual follow-up reports, maintain the certified health indicator levels, and file an amendment when the renovation changes.
