Interior renovation projects submitted by a designer holding a GD Green Designer license.

Fill in the project, payer and invoice details in the Green Designer workstation, then submit.

Acceptance & Payment

Acceptance & Payment

Once accepted, you will receive a payment notice; pay online or by bank transfer within 3 days.

Upload design drawings, green material certificates and load calculations in the workstation.

Document Review

Document Review

Reviewers check drawings and green material ratios, and request additional documents if needed.

On-Site Inspection

On-Site Inspection

During construction we inspect ventilation paths, material use and site protection measures.

TAF Laboratory Testing

TAF Laboratory Testing

After completion, a TAF-accredited lab measures formaldehyde, TVOC, PM2.5 and more.

Certificate Issued

Certificate Issued

Receive your certificate and Green Handbook; the certificate number can be verified online.
